JOHN WEEKLEY
Managing Director, WorldMark

John has more than 25 years management and board experience, and is the primary entrepreneurial driving force that has led the WorldMark Group of Companies since it’s inception to deliver appreciable profit and growth. John is very much a hands-on Managing Director at WorldMark, is across all of the company’s brands, their key accounts and has been intimately involved in all the Groups mergers and acquisitions.

GREG LEWIS
General Manager

Greg Lewis’ contributions to the growth and success of MotorOne are largely due to his strong focus on business partnerships, business development and forging strong long lasting customer relationships. Greg started his career in vehicle electronics at MotorOne over 21 years ago, and now in the role of General Manager, he leads a team of over 470 personnel. Greg’s passion for cars, car care protection and delivering results to our dealer customers are the key drivers in the success of the MotorOne business.

WARREN KOOPMANS
General Manager

With a short legal career under his belt, Warren joined WorldMark in the Company Secretary’s role over 10 years ago. Now managing the company’s franchise division, including the network of around 100 Tint a Car stores, Warren’s expertise is clearly in franchising, retail sales strategies and retail business development. Warren’s interest in strategic planning and his keen involvement in the franchise groups day to day marketing helps to ensure a valuable contribution to the group.

GEORGE MARIOTTO
General Manager

George Mariotto’s experience in the window film industry is second to none. Having been with the company for over 23 years, George brings a high  degree of industry knowledge and expertise to not only MEP Films but to all the other ‘film’ associated businesses under the WorldMark umbrella. He has a very keen eye for detail and is constantly on the lookout for business opportunities and further development for the MEP Films business.

PADDY O'BRIEN
CEO

Paddy has spearheaded the growth of his organisation - Sewells - from its origins in South Africa to becoming globally represented in eight countries across three continents. His work in enhancing dealer profitability has been acknowledged worldwide and the relocation of the business to Australia has benefited the company immensely. For the past twenty years, Paddy has facilitated Performance Groups around the world. His financial model (MRA) has enabled automotive retailers to gain a newfound appreciation for financial analysis and the key driver’s in the business.

NEIL STEVENS
General Manager

Neil has been in the automotive dealership industry, working across a diverse range of positions for 26 years. His vast knowledge, mechanical and management skills have been invaluable to the Ashley Group who specialise in building customized prisoner transport trucks and surveillance equipment. Ashley Group also manage a fleet management business, data recovery centre for a ‘secure fleet’ and represent the AutoXtreme division in Western Australia.

SRIRAM PADMANABHAN
General Manager

Sriram heads up Code Red Marketing, based in Melbourne. With 18 years global experience in senior management and operational roles in the automotive industry, including international marketing, sales and dealer development positions, Sriram's career path has taken him from India, across the Asia Pacific Region including positions in Shanghai, Sydney and the UK. 

Sriram's previous role was Vice President Marketing for Ford India, where he was responsible for driving product and overall communication strategy plus established Ford’s transformational sales operating systems, retail marketing processes including telemarketing, digital and CRM initiatives.
